01 · High-Temperature Resin Series

HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESIN SERIES

Excellent thermal stability with retained mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, plus outstanding corrosion resistance and impact resistance. These resins withstand extreme high-temperature conditions and are suitable for composite manufacturing. At the core are self-synthesized one-component, solvent-free silicon-carbon / silicone resin systems, supporting applications up to the 500℃ class.

GRT_1201Ceramic Sealing CompoundOne-component paste with excellent adhesion to ceramics, thermal resistance and water resistance. The sealed layer cures uniform and smooth, delivering superior overall hermeticity; long-term service at 400–450℃.
GRT_1203Ceramic Casting CompoundTwo-component modified ceramic material sintered at 550℃, with low shrinkage during high-temperature sintering and good thermal conductivity and electrical insulation after sintering.

BVPE ResinFunctional crosslinker for free-radical cure systems with excellent compatibility with conventional peroxide initiators. Efficiently crosslinks unsaturated hydrocarbons to lower cure temperature while significantly improving dielectric, thermal and mechanical properties; low water absorption, high reactivity, low viscosity, high Tg and ultra-low Df — a perfect fit for M8-grade high-speed copper-clad laminates (CCL).
BVF ResinNovel low-dielectric crosslinker offering lower dielectric loss and CTE plus higher glass transition temperature, with markedly improved solubility that increases formulation flexibility and simplifies processing. Suited to M8-grade CCL applications.
DVB CopolymerMultifunctional vinyl polyphenyl oligomer, highly compatible with styrenic, allylic, acrylic and maleimide unsaturated monomers. Low solution viscosity, excellent aromatic solubility, extremely low Df and CTE — suitable for M8-grade and above CCL applications.
PPO/PPE SeriesLow-molecular-weight reactive polyphenylene ether resins with different chemical end-caps for different formulation systems. Ultra-low Dk/Df, high Tg, high modulus, dimensional stability, excellent heat resistance and low water absorption under high heat and humidity — meeting the ultra-low-loss CCL requirements of 5G communications and AI accelerator cards; compatible with prepreg and resin-film processing.
Silicon-Containing Arylacetylene Resin (PMS)Combinable with unsaturated PPE, butadiene oligomers, cyanate esters and maleimides into resin formulations. Rigid molecular structure, dense crosslinked network and Si–C bonds synergize to deliver low CTE, low dielectric loss, high heat resistance and dimensional stability — an ideal resin system for high-frequency high-speed PCBs, high-power modules and automotive electronics.

03 · Epoxy Adhesive Series

EPOXY ADHESIVE SERIES

Our epoxy adhesives feature wide mix-ratio tolerance, easy handling, strong bonding and good toughness, with excellent water, chemical and aging resistance — widely used for bonding, sealing and insulation.

Epoxy Structural Adhesive

After cure, epoxy structural adhesives offer high strength, good toughness and low odor, with excellent mechanical and electrical insulation properties as well as fatigue, aging, media and heat-humidity resistance. Suitable for bonding insulation materials, metals, composites, ceramics and carbon materials.

Epoxy Potting Compound

All epoxy potting compounds are two-component room-temperature-curing systems that are easy to use, with low cure shrinkage, high strength, strong adhesion and good durability. Suitable for insulation and potting of motors, generators, electrical equipment and electronic components.
